  • Montgomery County Public Health Emergency Grant (PHEG) – Montgomery County PHEG program that will provide emergency grant funding to small businesses and nonprofits. 

  • Maryland State Arts Council Emergency Grant for Arts Organizations – Special grant opportunities that provide emergency funding to arts organizations and artists in Maryland as they adjust to losses sustained because of programming, operations, and events that have been modified or cancelled.   • Prince George’s County COVID-19 Relief Fund – $15M fund established to provide financial assistance to businesses affected by the COVID-19 crisis. The Relief Fund can be used to support cash operating expenses including payroll, suppliers, rent, fixed debt payments and other business critical cash operating costs. The application will be available from April 13 to May 15.

  • Restaurant Employee Relief Fund – Relief fund to distribute $500 checks to restaurant workers affected by coronavirus. Restaurant workers can apply for a grant starting Thursday, April 2, and will receive a one-time $500 check within three weeks to use toward housing, medical bills, student loans, groceries, and other expenses.   • CARES Act – Congress has passed the the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which approves $350 billion in emergency loans for small businesses to help them keep workers employed. 

  • Families First Coronavirus Response Act – Employers, download the poster that  must be posted by Wednesday, April 1, 2020.

  • Maryland COVID-19 Emergency Relief Manufacturing Fund – This $5 million incentive program helps Maryland manufacturers to produce personal protective equipment (PPE) and other items identified as Critical Needs Items by MEMA and DGS, that are urgently needed by the State of Maryland, Maryland-based hospitals and healthcare facilities, and emergency and first responders.
